Joyce Conley

Joyce is a seasoned executive with over 25 years experience in leadership in government, private sector and academic settings. She served 20 years with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons, culminating in her role as Assistant Director of the Correctional Programs Division. Joyce has a PhD in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles, as well as a PhD in music theory from Ohio State University.

As CEO of The Change Companies®, Joyce brings her strategic, innovative and team-focused approach to this organization and the populations it serves.
