Nicky initially joined The Change Companies® as a research associate. Since then, his role has expanded to include the application of "what works" into Facilitator Guides, eLearning, and other content while staying current on research and outcomes relevant to The Change Companies®' products. When Nicky isn't at work, you can find him on the disc golf course or soccer field.
