Designed for use with Interactive Journaling®, the Fidelity Tool helps facilitators and supervisors ensure programming fidelity across six domains: preparation, discussion, responsivity, alliance, motivation and (if applicable) group facilitation. Learn how to assess facilitation skills by objectively evaluating performance in each domain using observable and verbal examples provided in the Reference Guide.
